E-commerce Product Designer

**Job Summary**:
As a Ecommerce Product Designer & Support, you will play a vital role in supporting our e-commerce operations. This position is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and training in various aspects of e-commerce, including product listings, digital marketing, customer support, and order processing. You will work closely with experienced professionals in the field and gain valuable insights into the e-commerce industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for retail products, including packaging, labels, and in-store displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends.
- Develop and enhance product catalogues, banners, and other promotional materials for e-commerce platforms, focusing on optimizing visual appeal and user engagement.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and other design software to produce high-quality visuals and layouts.
- Working experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to create high quality content for E-commerce product listings and marketing materials.
- Photography and edit images of a wide range on consumer products while adhering to platform specific guidelines
- Upload and manage media using a Product Information Management (PIM) System
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure designs meet strategic objectives and maintain consistent branding across all materials.
- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and SEO-friendly content to enhance visibility and sales.
- Handle order fulfilment tasks, including processing customer orders, coordinating shipping, and managing returns/refunds efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) workflows, including inventory preparation, shipment tracking, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Monitor and update inventory levels across platforms, ensuring stock availability, timely replenishment, and preventing overstock or stockouts to support smooth operations.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly web page layouts, integrating branding elements, graphics, and typography to enhance the site's aesthetic and functionality.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure design concepts are accurately implemented, optimizing visuals for responsiveness and seamless user experience across devices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands on experience on e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
