**Qualification **: 1. Diploma in electronics and communications/Diploma in electrical Engineering.

2. Knowledge of computer and awareness of cell charging/discharging machine.

3. 2 years of experience in cell charging/discharging/grading and sorting.

Position **:Technician
- Cell Charging**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1.** Battery cell characterization and its electrochemical analysis.

**2**. Knowledge of temperature management of lithium cells.

**3**. Technical knowledge of voltage and mah of cells.

**5.** Knowledge of cell sorting parameters like different IR and voltage.

**6.** Knowledge about the Process flow chart and preparation of project report for Li-ion cell, Module and Pack. Li-ion Battery Module Pack Design. Cell and Pack Testing Process.

**7. **Expertise in understanding Li-ion Cell chemistry, internal and external failure mode.

**8. **Providing cross functional technical support for cell related issues.

**9.** Skilled Knowledge of configuration of cells based on capacity.

**10.** Cell grading and sorting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
