Having hands on working experience in hotels and high end interior finishing.
- Can read & analyze drawings & BOM/ BOQ.
- To perform day to day site activities independently.
- Managing projects from start to finish in line with project specifications.
- Conducting site inspections, providing quality assurance.
- Supervising & instructing construction team as well as sub-contractors.
- Sound knowledge of various services & MEP (MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING) works.
- Having measurement & billing knowledge.
- Plan & organize resources in advance for the assigned site.
- Executing all the site work.
- Coordinate with client, Sub-contractors & suppliers etc.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents & injuries.
- Having good liasoning skills.
- Monitor project progress and set deadline, preparing technical and progress report, solve issues that arise.
- Person with prior experience & proven track record of executing interior projects/ hotels/ stores.
- Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines, and customer requirements
- Great verbal and written communication skills

Compensation range - Commensurate to qualification & experience
