
Sales & Marketing Executive - Retail Interiors

**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Sales & Marketing Executive** with a strong background in the **interior design industry** and a proven ability to connect with **large retail clients, chains, and franchise businesses**. This role focuses on generating new business by offering end-to-end interior design and execution solutions tailored to the retail segment.
**Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Client Acquisition & B2B Sales**
- Identify and target **large retail clients**, including fashion outlets, showrooms, cafes, salons, pharmacies, and franchise chains.
- Understand client requirements and present **complete interior solutions** (modular furniture, space planning, execution, branding integration).
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits to pitch offerings with confidence and professionalism.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with business owners, procurement heads, and decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation, proposal submission, and contract closure.
**Marketing & Lead Generation**
- Develop **B2B marketing strategies** to reach retail industry stakeholders.
- Organize product demos, brand showcases, and walkthroughs at the experience center or client sites.
**Proposal & Communication**
- Draft custom proposals, BOQs, and pitch decks for retail clients.
- Collaborate with design teams to prepare visual aids, 2D/3D mockups, and mood boards to support pitches.
- Maintain timely follow-ups, meeting reports, and CRM entries.
**Requirements**:
- **3-5 years of experience** in sales or business development for interior design, modular furniture, or turnkey projects.
- Prior exposure to dealing with **retail chains, F&B outlets, or commercial interior clients** is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and branding in physical spaces.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic design presentation tools like Canva or PowerPoint.
