**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated **Sales Coordinator (Interior Designing)** to take on a field role focused on generating new business opportunities. This individual will actively search for new projects, explore potential markets, and build a strong network to identify and generate leads. The role involves working closely with the Sales Manager to nurture potential clients, convert leads into projects, and drive business growth for Interiocity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify new projects and potential clients by exploring various markets, visiting new locations, and connecting with key stakeholders (builders, developers, contractors, etc.) in the interior design and architecture industry.
- **Market Research**: Conduct field research to identify new market trends, project opportunities, and business leads in residential, commercial, and corporate sectors.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, developers, architects, and project managers to expand the company’s client base.
- **Client Coordination**: Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, gather project requirements, and communicate client needs to the Sales Manager.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Ensure that potential leads are efficiently tracked, followed up on, and matured into confirmed business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sales Manager and design team to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing details for potential clients.
- **Field Visits**: Conduct regular site visits to potential projects, present company services, and develop tailored proposals to meet client needs.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**: Execute sales strategies to grow business in specific geographic areas or industry segments, contributing to overall sales targets.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on lead generation progress, client feedback, and business opportunities in the field.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of field sales experience, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Skills**:
- Strong field sales and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Knowledge of interior design and architecture industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
