**Administrative Support**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data management, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update internal databases with accurate and timely information.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless operations and information sharing.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of processes and adherence to company policies.
- **Operational Support**:

- Oversee logistics and supply chain requirements, including inventory management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify bottlenecks in administrative workflows and propose solutions.
- Handle complaints, queries, or requests promptly and professionally.
- **Compliance and Confidentiality**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
