**Job summary **:An **Office Coordinator** plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations. They manage various administrative tasks, maintain effective communication within the office environment, and support other teams. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Workflow Efficiency**:

- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain files and records using effective filing systems.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist other teams with various administrative tasks, such as redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
- **Process Coordination**:

- Coordinate and streamline office processes.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across different teams.
- **Vendor Relationship Management**:

- Assist in managing vendor relationships.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures.
- Outstanding proficiency in MS Office, “back-office” tools, and accounting software.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., optical scanners).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Reliable, patient, and professional.
- Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or a relevant field is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
