**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training, and wellness programs.
- Engage with potential customers, provide gym tours, and explain membership benefits.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and renewals to maximize sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with members to enhance retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales (fitness industry experience is a plus).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Passion for health and fitness with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
