We have an urgent requirement for gym trainer for our 4-5 gyms located in Noida and Noida Extension

Key Responsibilities:
Member Guidance & Workout Assistance
- Guide gym members with correct usage of equipment and workout techniques.
- Design basic workout plans for members as per their fitness levels and goals.
- Monitor and correct form and posture during exercises.

Floor Supervision
- Ensure member safety by preventing misuse of equipment.
- Maintain discipline and positive environment on gym floor.
- Provide inductions and equipment demos to new members.

Hygiene & Maintenance
- Ensure equipment and gym floor cleanliness.
- Report malfunctioning equipment immediately to management.

4. Member Engagement & Retention
- Build rapport with members to encourage regular workouts.
- Assist in promoting additional gym services (e.g. personal training, group classes) if required.

Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain daily attendance and workout records if required by management.
- Update Fitness Manager on member progress and issues

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a gym trainer.
- Certification in fitness training (preferred: K11, ACE, ACSM).
- Good knowledge of workout techniques, body anatomy, and injury prevention.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and team player
