We are a mental health organization dedicated to providing support, resources, and raising awareness about mental health. We focus on fostering a positive environment to promote mental wellness and remove the stigma around mental health challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, Psychology or a related field- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy, with a passion for mental health advocacy- Experience in the mental health sector or a nonprofit organization is a plus- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.- Serve as the primary point of contact for the founder’s office, managing relationships with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.- Provide strategic assistance by conducting research and gathering insights to support decision-making processes- Manage the founder’s calendar and coordinate meetings- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism- Assist in planning and executing key projects across departments Ensure smooth operation of the founder’s office by managing priorities and showcasing problem solving skills
- You get direct access to the inner workings of the company, including strategic decision-making processes. This offers a deep understanding of how to manage a business.- Given the holistic work culture, individuals in this role will be well-positioned to transition into higher leadership roles depending on existing performance and opportunities.- Hone your problem-solving, communication, time management and multitasking skills- Receive mentorship and guidance from founders, which can accelerate personal and professional development- Due to the fast-paced nature of the work and close proximity to the founder, you'll gain experience across multiple functions, such as operations, sales and product management.Salary 10k - 15k per month
