Job Title:Counselor-Study abroad

Salary Range: Upto ₹35,000 Monthly

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Timing-9 am to 6pm IST

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Partner Network Development:
Lead Generation & Student Conversion:
Territory Market Development:
Design and execute localized marketing and outreach strategies to build visibility and attract students within your assigned region.

Training & Relationship Management:
Conduct training and regular follow-ups with partner agents and their staff. Strengthen long-term engagement and ensure alignment with program goals.

Application Funnel Management:
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle—from inquiry to visa issuance—ensuring all student cases move efficiently through the funnel.

Reporting & Target Tracking:
Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare weekly performance reports, and monitor recruitment activity against set KPIs and enrollment goals.

Representation & Consultation:
Represent Vishram International Services (VIS) at student fairs, education expos, and relevant events. Conduct personalized consultations via phone, online platforms, or in person to promote programs.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Marketing, or Business)

1-3 years of experience in international student recruitment, visa processing, or B2B education sales

Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed recruitment targets

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and productivity tools

Preferred Experience

Previous experience representing international universities or institutions

Strong existing network of education consultants or recruitment agents

Awareness of student mobility trends and international education markets

Note:This role may require local travel within the city for in-person meetings and B2B networking.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
