**Position Overview**:
The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving the influencer marketing strategies of our clients. This full-time, office-based role will require an individual who is highly organized, creative, and passionate about influencer marketing. You will work closely with influencers, content creators, and our internal teams to execute successful campaigns and ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Strategy & Outreach**:

- Research and identify influencers that align with the brand's target audience and campaign goals across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, both macro and micro, and negotiate collaboration terms.
- **Campaign Execution & Management**:

- Oversee the complete execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop campaign briefs and coordinate content creation with influencers.
- Ensure influencers follow the brand guidelines, deliver high-quality content, and meet agreed-upon expectations.
- **Content Collaboration & Ideation**:

- Collaborate with influencers to develop creative content that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Coordinate the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across social platforms.
- **Campaign Monitoring & Performance Reporting**:

- Track and monitor the performance of influencer campaigns using analytics tools, tracking key metrics like engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide detailed reports to clients, highlighting the success of campaigns and areas of improvement for future efforts.
- **Client Communication & Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, updating them on campaign progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Present campaign results to clients and provide strategic recommendations for future influencer marketing initiatives.
- **Trend Research & Insights**:

- Stay on top of industry trends, new social media platforms, and emerging influencers.
- Continuously bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to enhance influencer marketing campaigns.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a flair for building relationships.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and present results effectively.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
