**Job Overview**:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's presence on various social media platforms. The role involves content creation, community engagement, monitoring social media trends, and analyzing performance to improve overall brand presence. The Social Media Executive will help ensure that social media strategies are aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop creative and engaging content (including text, images, and videos) for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone of voice, brand guidelines, and objectives.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize social media content and engagement.
- **Community Management**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
- Engage with the online community to foster positive relationships and promote brand loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- **Campaigns & Promotions**:

- Assist in creating and managing social media campaigns (including giveaways, contests, and promotions) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Track the performance of campaigns and suggest adjustments for optimization.
- **Social Media Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve social media strategies.
- Prepare monthly performance reports to present to the marketing team.
- **Brand Monitoring**:

- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations to ensure the brand remains current and competitive on social media.
- Monitor the company's online reputation and manage potential issues promptly.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Team**:

- Collaborate with the content, design, and PR teams to ensure social media posts are aligned with broader marketing efforts.
- Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships and sponsorships for brand promotions.
- **Paid Social Media Campaigns**:

- Assist in creating and managing paid social media ads on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track and optimize paid campaigns for better performance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.
