We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **YouTube Thumbnail & Social Media Campaign Strategist** to join our team at **SRS Classes**. This role will play a key part in expanding our digital presence by designing attention-grabbing thumbnails, managing our social media accounts, and driving strategies to increase the reach and engagement of our educational content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design high-conversion, visually appealing YouTube thumbnails aligned with video content and brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Analyze audience behavior, video performance, and social media metrics to improve reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with the content team to schedule posts and video releases for maximum impact.
- Research trends in education, exam prep, and digital marketing to inform design and campaign decisions.
- Implement growth strategies like reels, shorts, influencer collaboration, and targeted advertising.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma).
- Prior experience in creating YouTube thumbnails that drive high CTR (Click-Through Rate).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, video marketing, and content strategy is a plus.
- Experience in education or edtech domain preferred.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
