**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling** - Guide walk-in and call-in students regarding various computer and competitive courses.
**Course Promotion** - Promote the center’s courses through offline and online platforms.
**Admissions Handling** - Assist in the admission process, fee collection, and form filling.
**Lead Follow-up** - Regularly follow up with prospective students via calls, messages, or WhatsApp.
**Reporting & Record Keeping** - Maintain daily enquiry and admission records.
**Support Marketing Campaigns** - Distribute pamphlets, assist in social media promotions, and attend education fairs.

**Key Skills Required**:
✔ Good communication & convincing skills
✔ Friendly and professional attitude
✔ Ability to work under targets
✔ Knowledge of local language preferred (e.g., Odia, Hindi, etc.)

**Eligibility**:
12th Pass / Graduate
Prior experience in sales/counseling (preferred but not mandatory)
