
Area Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and connect with potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Explain the benefits of solar systems and guide customers through the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with the technical team for system design and proposal preparation.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and incentive programs.
**Requirements**:
- **1-2 years of field sales experience**, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to customers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems and installation processes is a plus.
