**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Staff member to join our software company. This role will involve promoting our software solutions, generating leads, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Duties**:

- Present, promote, and sell software products/services to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demos and provide technical explanations with the help of the technical team.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Marketing Duties**:

- Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Help plan and coordinate promotional events, webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to align messaging with brand strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the software or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of software products and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
