**Job Title: Production Executive - Dairy Plant**

**Job Summary**:
The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing daily dairy production operations, ensuring efficient and safe processing of milk and milk-based products. This role involves supervising production staff, ensuring quality and hygiene standards are met, maintaining equipment, and optimizing productivity and cost-efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the dairy production unit (pasteurization, homogenization, packaging, etc.).
- Monitor and manage production schedules to meet output and delivery targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.).
- Supervise and train production staff, operators, and technicians.
- Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, including batch reports, wastage reports, and daily production logs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and liaise with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
- Optimize resource utilization to reduce downtime, wastage, and operational costs.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in dairy or FMCG production.
- Working knowledge of milk processing equipment and automation systems..
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with dairy products such as milk, curd, butter, cheese, and paneer.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance and utility systems (boilers, chillers, etc.).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
