*Responsibilities:*

1. *Marketing Strategy Development:* Collaborate with the marketing team and senior management to formulate comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target affluent clients in the luxury real estate market.

3. *Offline Marketing:* Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, such as print advertisements, direct mail campaigns, luxury events, and partnerships, to reach the high-net-worth audience and create brand awareness.

4. *Content Creation:* Produce high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content for marketing materials, including property descriptions, brochures, blog posts, press releases, and social media content.

5. *Digital Content Management:* Manage the company's website content, ensuring it remains up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.

6. *Brand Management:* Uphold and strengthen the company's brand identity across all marketing materials and communications, maintaining a consistent and premium image.

7. *Market Research:* Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies, utilizing these insights to enhance marketing campaigns.

8. *Lead Generation:* Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads through targeted marketing efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential luxury property buyers.

9. *Analytics and Reporting:* Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

10. *Event Planning:* Assist in organizing and promoting luxury real estate events and exhibitions, ensuring exceptional execution and brand representation.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2. Proven experience of 1-3 years in luxury real estate marketing, with expertise in both online and offline marketing strategies.

3. Excellent content writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to create persuasive and compelling marketing materials.

5. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and website maintenance.

6. Familiarity with market research techniques and tools to identify consumer trends and preferences.

7. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

8. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.

9. Knowledge of luxury market dynamics and the ability to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

10. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player.

11. Familiarity with luxury real estate industry trends and competitors is an advantage.
