Job Description:
1. Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and target audience in the target audience market.

2. Ensuring the marketing team of SHPL delivers effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

3. Managing marketing budgets of all firms of SHPL, allocating resources effectively and optimising marketing spending to achieve maximum ROI.

4. Fostering relationships with key business partners, vendors and media outlets to maximise marketing reach and impact for SHPL.

5. Collaborating with different teams, including sales of services and operations to ensure a seamless alignment and the execution of marketing initiatives.

6. Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback and support to drive excellence in marketing execution.

7. Representing the company's values and maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

Qualifications: MBA (Marketing) with 8 to 10 yrs of experience in Hospitals Mareketing

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
