Job Description:
Position Overview : The claim officer is responsible for reviewing, processing, and making recommendations on health insurance claims. The incumbent will ensure that claims are processed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze health insurance claims for accuracy and completeness.Verify patient information, policy details, and claim submissions.
- Determine claim eligibility and make recommendations for approval or denial.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with claimants, healthcare providers, and internal employees as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of claim processing and decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 1-2 yrs of experience in health insurance claims processing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-placed environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health insurance regulations and industry standards.
