**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, and cooking equipment promptly and properly
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep or ingredient fetching
- Ensure garbage is disposed of regularly and kitchen waste bins are cleaned
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with restaurant policy
- Refill water stations and support waitstaff with clearing tables if needed
- Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals or kitchen equipment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a steward or kitchen helper preferred
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness practices
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in an Italian or continental restaurant setting
- Basic communication skills in English or local language
- Knowledge of kitchen tools, dishwashing machines, and cleaning supplies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
