Job Title: Steward / Captain

Location: Mercii

Timing: 4pm to closing

Working Days: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational off day

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and skilled Stewards / Captains to join our team at Mercii. As a Steward / Captain, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu, promotions, and events

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Steward / Captain or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
- Basic math skills and ability to calculate change accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
