We are seeking a creative and talented **Motion Designer** to join our team. As a Motion Designer, you will bring visual concepts to life by combining graphic design, animation, and visual effects. You will collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and dynamic content for digital advertising, video productions, social media campaigns, websites, apps, etc. If you have a passion for motion graphics, storytelling through animation, and a strong design sensibility, we’d love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics Creation**: Design and animate motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including video, web, and mobile.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and translate ideas into visual narratives.
- **Animation**: Produce 2D and 3D animations, including typography, icons, and graphic elements.
- **Editing & Compositing**: Integrate motion design into live-action video, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality final products.
- **Design Assets**: Create design assets, including illustrations, icons, and UI elements, for use in motion graphics.
- **Concept Development**: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop innovative concepts that align with the brand’s visual style.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with video producers, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and aligned visual output.
- **Client Feedback**: Incorporate feedback and revisions into the final product while maintaining quality and consistency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in motion design, animation, or related fields.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expert knowledge of motion design software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or other animation tools.
- **Video Editing**: Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Design: 2 years (preferred)
