**Job Description: Motion Graphic Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics for video projects, advertisements, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and animations that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Illustrator) to produce visually appealing and impactful designs.
- Integrate 3D animation techniques using Maya to enhance motion graphic projects.
- Edit video and audio content, ensuring smooth transitions, effects, and high-quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and design to bring innovative ideas to projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in motion graphic design with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in:

- **Adobe Photoshop**: Advanced skills in photo editing, compositing, and designing visual assets.
- **Premiere Pro**: Expertise in video editing and post-production workflows.
- **Adobe Audition**: Competency in audio editing and sound design integration.
- **Adobe Illustrator**: Skilled in creating vector-based graphics and illustrations.
- **After Effects**: Advanced understanding of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- **Maya**: Basic to intermediate experience in 3D modeling and animation.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, and design principles.
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities, with experience handling tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the production process.

**Preferred Skills**
- 3years Experience with storyboarding and script development.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering and advanced animation techniques.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like AR/VR for motion graphics.
