**Job Title: Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer (with Video Editing)**

**Location**: Sanjay Nagar, bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Reports to**: Creative Director / Marketing Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design eye-catching digital posters, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Create promotional visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop visually compelling content that adheres to brand guidelines.
- **Motion Graphics**:

- Design and animate engaging motion graphics for use in digital ads, social media, and presentations.
- Create animated versions of existing graphic assets for multi-channel campaigns.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce short promotional videos using stock footage and brand assets.
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound effects, and transitions into videos.
- Optimize video content for different social media platforms (Instagram Stories, Reels, YouTube, etc.).
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to produce cohesive content.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all design and video materials.
- **Content Management**:

- Stay updated on design trends, motion graphic techniques, and video editing innovations to continuously improve output.
- Manage and organize creative assets, maintaining an efficient workflow for projects.
- **Package Designing**

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Experience in designing and editing content for social media platforms.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software.
- Understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to source and use stock footage, music, and sound effects effectively.

**Bonus Qualifications**
- Experience with UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of 3D animation., CGI
- Familiarity with website design and optimization.
