We’ve been trying to rewrite how employee health insurance and wellness work in India, and while it has been an exciting and rewarding journey, we’re just getting started. Integral to our success is building excellent content that helps people understand and appreciate what we do and how we do it.

We’re looking for a motion designer to help create compelling and thumb-stopping video content to complement our content initiatives across channels. You’ll be building the brand’s approach to video, including editing existing video content for easy consumption and shooting audacious ad films that make insurance simple and entertaining for the masses.

This will be an in-office role because you’ll be working closely with all the pods within marketing, product, people success, and partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce high-quality motion graphic videos for branding (logos and variations), marketing campaigns, product demos, explainer videos, social media content, and product illustrations.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and motion tests to visualize design ideas before production.
- Design motion concepts that clearly communicate the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Use exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills to create engaging animations that align with Plum's brand guidelines.
- Work closely with teams across marketing, product, category, and design to understand project goals and ensure animations meet company standards and vision.
- Stay updated on motion design trends and best practices to ensure Plum’s animations remain innovative and cutting-edge.

**Technical Skills & Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D/3D animations, kinetic typography, and multimedia projects.
- Expertise in animation software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
- Proficiency in vector graphics and illustration with knowledge of character animation.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and typography.
- Knowledge of 3D software C4D/Cavalry/Blender is a plus.
- Familiarity with video compression and optimization for web platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance for video outputs.
