**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and optimization efforts to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales, etc.) to ensure alignment of digital marketing campaigns with overall business goals.
- Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities and suggest improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and implement new strategies and tools to enhance performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Creative thinking, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with eCommerce or B2B marketing is a plus.
