Social Media &; Campaign Designer

About the Role:

- We’re looking for a strategic, trend-savvy designer who can do more

than just make things look good. You’ll be a visual storyteller who

understands how design fuels both social media engagement and internal

alignment. This role demands a deep understanding of content-led design,

campaign thinking, and the ability to move fluidly between internal

communication assets and high-performance social content.
- You should be fluent in both social-first formats and brand-aligned

messaging, have worked in product marketing, and be confident presenting

your creative ideas to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging graphics and motion content for social media (static

posts, reels, stories, carousels, thumbnails)
- Conceptualize and develop creative for internal communication campaigns
- newsletters, posters, digital signages, etc.
- Support product marketing efforts with launch visuals, explainer creatives,

and sales enablement design
- Collaborate with content strategists and campaign managers to bring

ideas to life
- Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Freepik, Adobe Firefly, Canva) for visual

generation and creative ideation
- Present concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders and team

members
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all communication
- Stay on top of evolving design and social trends
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on social media

and campaign execution
- Strong portfolio showcasing content-first design thinking and brand

storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,

Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma
- Proficiency in using AI design tools to streamline creative workflows
- Strong visual sense—design, color, typography, and motion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience designing for internal communication, product

marketing, or corporate campaigns is a plus
- Ability to understand campaign objectives and align visuals accordingly

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 3 years (preferred)
