**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and Create Visual Content:
Develop creative and engaging graphics, videos, and other visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Ensure all visual content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

**Content Planning and Strategy**:
Collaborate with the team to create a social media content.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.

**Analytics and Reporting: added advantage.**

Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.

Use insights to optimize content strategy and drive engagement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Designer or similar role.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with video editing and motion graphics.

Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe Express).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
