As they continue to expand, they are looking for a dynamic **Inside Sales Executive** to join their team and drive B2B sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**
- Identify and connect with HR, L&D, and Training Managers in corporate organizations.
- Schedule virtual or in-person meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM).
**CRM & Sales Reporting**
- Maintain records of interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
- Provide weekly reports on lead conversion and sales pipeline.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
- Understanding of corporate training industry trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
