A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, speaks with customers by phone to promote products and services. They may also handle customer service calls.

**Responsibilities**
- **Generate leads**: Make outbound calls to potential customers
- **Build relationships**: Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships
- **Provide information**: Educate customers on products and services
- **Answer queries**: Respond to customer questions and concerns
- **Resolve issues**: Handle customer complaints and escalations
- **Take orders**: Process orders and book appointments
- **Document interactions**: Record customer interactions in a database
- **Report results**: Report sales and customer feedback to management

- Knowledge of MS Office
- Understanding of the company's products and services

**Tools**

Telecallers may use customer relationship management (CRM) systems and AI-powered tools to personalize interactions with customers.

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
