The Role / Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities:
- General support of the EMEA Communications Team including assisting with a variety of regional and global outreach campaigns and the creation of high impact promotional content
- Updating of media contacts and recording of media engagements in a timely, accurate and comprehensive fashion
- Production of media coverage and media engagements summaries and analysis
- Ad-hoc project work
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, business, or related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in communications, public relations, and/or journalism, ideally within the financial services sector or corporate environment
- English fluency/proficiency is essential (written and spoken)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed IT skills including Microsoft Office; data visualization and analytics software (such as Tableau) desirable
- Knowledge of and comfort using social media platforms to promote content
- Strong detail orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels
- Comfortable with being managed remotely and to manage upwards
- Must be a professional, creative, extremely organized, enthusiastic and flexible team player
