**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining budgets & petty cash
- Team & Vendor Management
- Creating internal processes and checklists for internal operations
- Managing housekeeping, security and office boys
- Ensure AMC’s are managed as per SOP
- Responsible for managing IT infrastructure through vendor management
- Strategic initiatives as when required for facilities
- Ensure general upkeep & maintenance of the facility
- Liaison with different internal & external stakeholders
- Involved in travel booking as when required
- Any other ad hoc admin duties as when assigned by the superiors
- Field work is involved (bank, teamlease, PF office etc.)

**Desired Skillset**
- 10/SSC/Matriculation/2nd PU/12th/Diploma

**Other Details**
- 6 Days working
- Work from Office, Mahadevpura, Bangalore
- 15,000 per month
