**Job description**

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the design of user-centric digital experiences. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and other platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree
0-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, adobe illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
