We're seeking a highly skilled and independent Senior UI/UX Designer who can bring our product vision to life with pixel-perfect execution, slick micro-interactions, and emotionally engaging visual flows. You'll be designing interfaces that look like Apple, feel like Calm, and speak the soul of India.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design of landing pages, mobile-first web UIs, and in-app experiences

Use Figma, Photoshop, and modern prototyping tools to build sleek, responsive designs

Create scroll-stopping visual experiences that retain attention and reduce bounce

Choose modern color palettes, font systems, layout grids, and UI components with precision

Translate product vision into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visuals

Work closely with content, dev, and product teams to ensure perfect handoff and implementation

Take feedback constructively and go the extra mile when needed (start-up culture mindset)

Stay up to date with latest design trends, tools, animations, and UX best practices

Eventually lead and mentor a growing team of designers

Requirements :

Minimum 4-8 years of experience in same or related domain.

Bachelor degree graduate in IT, Graphics or related field.

Excellent attention to detail and creativity and strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Must-Have Skills

Expert in Figma (design systems, auto layout, prototyping, components)

Strong grip on Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (for motion/visual effects a bonus)

Deep understanding of UI/UX psychology, color theory, and layout aesthetics

Portfolio that includes live landing pages, app screens, or marketing websites
