Research & DiscoveryLead user research initiatives including interviews, competitor analysis, heuristic evaluations, and usability studies.Map user behaviors and emotional touchpoints to identify friction and opportunities.Translate insights into actionable design strategies that influence both UX and UI outcomes.2. UX Architecture & StrategyCreate detailed user flows, journey maps, personas, and mental models that align business goals with user needs.Architect intuitive navigation and information structures that guide seamless interactions.Facilitate design thinking workshops with internal teams and clients.3. UI & Visual DesignDesign high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes using tools likeFigmaorAdobe XD.Develop scalabledesign systemsand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.Collaborate with developers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible experiences.4. Collaboration & DeliveryWork closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life.Communicate design rationale clearly and advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.Balance creativity with practicality — ensuring designs are both beautiful and functional.5.
