The ideal candidate will take the lead in designing intuitive interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile platforms. The role will primarily focus on UI/UX (80%) with additional involvement in graphic design (20%) , or can be structured as 100% UI/UX based on the candidate's core expertise.Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with business goals and user needs. - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and visual assets. - Work closely with developers, marketers, and product teams to implement designs effectively. - Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute to product improvement discussions. - Ensure consistency in design across all digital touchpoints. - Optimize designs based on feedback, user behavior, and analytics.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch , or other modern design tools. - Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise for web and mobile applications. - Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards. - Familiarity with interaction design, user flows, and prototyping. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.Preferred:- Exposure to graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Experience in digital marketing or working with marketing teams. - Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based rewards. - Creative freedom and a collaborative environment. - Opportunities to work on diverse and impactful design projects. - Growth and mentorship within a fast-paced digital-first team.Contact us on hr@hariinternational.agency or +91 73838 10887
