**Position**:UI/UX Trainer

**Location**:Saket (onsite)

**Working Days**:6 Days Working

**Timing**:10:00 a.m.6:30 p.m.

**Job Overview**:
As a UI/UX Design Mentor (Captain), you will play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring our mentees to become successful UI/UX Designers Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver sessions, explain complex concepts.

**Key Responsibility**:

- **Delivering Engaging Sessions**:Conduct sessions and workshops, covering various aspects of UI/UX, Create an engaging and interactive learning environment to enhance their understanding.
- **Clearing Doubts**:Provide insightful explanations, and offer guidance to ensure a clear understanding of UI/UX concepts and strategies.
- **Assessing Assignments**:Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on the assignments submitted by mentees. Help them identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their skills.
- **Mentorship and Support**:Foster a supportive and friendly mentorship relationship with mentees. Offer career guidance, share industry insights, and inspire them to excel in their UI/UX Design journey.

**Requirements**:

- **Expertise in UI/UX Design**:Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience (2 to 5years) in various domains like Designing Mobile Apps, Designing & Landing Pages etc. along with expertise in tools like Figma, Colour theory, Typograph, illustration, Imagery and UI Laws,
- **Passion for Mentoring**:Demonstrate a genuine passion for mentoring and guiding aspiring UI/UX Designers. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire others are key qualities we seek in our Captains.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
