**Job Summary**

**Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Sales**:

- Greet and engage clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Understand customer preferences, lifestyle, and needs to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in options to close sales effectively.

**Product Knowledge & Brand Representation**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all premium car models, features, and technology.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new automotive innovations.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and uphold its luxury image.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized service.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

**Sales Performance & Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional events and showroom activities to attract new clients.
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

**Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience**:

- High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in luxury automotive sales or high-end retail is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide a consultative sales approach tailored to high-net-worth clients.
- Passion for premium automobiles and understanding of automotive technology.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic finance principles.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
