Experience: 3 - 4 years experience in sales

Min 1 year experience in automobile industry is plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Profile introduction:
As a Sales Advisor specializing in Premium Cars, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in their journey towards purchasing luxury vehicles. You will represent our dealership's high-end brands with professionalism, expertise, and a customer-centric approach.

Profile Responsibilities:

- **Customer Consultation**: Engage with potential buyers to understand their preferences, budget, and requirements. Offer personalized recommendations based on their needs, highlighting the features and benefits of premium vehicles in our inventory.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the premium car brands offered by the dealership. Stay updated on the latest models, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the sales process from initial contact to final delivery. Provide detailed information on pricing, financing options, and any additional services or packages available. Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues in various departments, including finance, service, and marketing, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving sales targets and performance metrics set by the dealership. Continuously seek opportunities to increase revenue and profitability through upselling, cross-selling, and customer referrals.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences within the luxury automotive segment. Utilize this knowledge to identify potential leads and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
