**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **accurate quotations** based on customer requirement.
- **Process customer orders** with precision in the CRM, ensuring all details meet company standards.
- **Coordinate production and shipping** online to meet specifications, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Maintain **clear and professional communication** with customers and internal teams.
- **Follow company policies and protocols** to maintain efficiency and minimize errors.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years** in order processing in crm, or a related field.

**Attention to Detail**: Ability to **handle data, documentation, and communication accurately**.
- **Process Understanding**: Strong **visual and logical grasp** of product and workflow.
