**Responsibilities**
- Provides guidance to students to ensure that they remain compliant with regulations as they relate to course of study.
- Supports Center Manager in coordinating Student Orientation.
- Supports students in completing all necessary documentation
- Database calling and generating valid walk in’s
- Counsel students regarding motive of the project, programs available and job opportunities.
- To ensure maximum and effective utilization of database provided.
- Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by company policy
- Provide crisis intervention to students on difficult situations
- Communicate with students & parents to ensure successful completion of program
- Taking care of inbound and outbound couriers
- Tracking and managing placement requirements of students
- Assist with other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Works directly with students to support processes and solve problems related to registration offices to facilitate processes and problem resolutions.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Manage day today reports intact.
- Support team during the mobilization process

Salary as per the Industry standards.

Experience in Skilling/Training Industry would be an added advantage.

**Qualifications**

Any degree

Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Hindi & English language.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
