Maintain, organize, and synthesize information to develop key reports on the R&I groups operations in the US and India
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc MIS reports and other ad-hoc deliverables
- Support with data consolidation, clean-up and maintenance
- Support in operations management with activities such as managing distribution lists of the broader group and sub-groups within, manage mailboxes, team org charts and contact lists
- Support team with other operations requests such as scheduling team and business level all hands events
- Work closely with ITS, procurement and vendors to close open tickets and orders
- Help manage various processes like tracking and updating licenses records, SharePoint sites, team sites and other team platforms
- Help create pipeline and impact reports. Send out newsletters, mailers and maintain trackers to highlight trends for individual teams and overall group

Skillsets required:

- Good computing, analytical, data reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Good client management and relationship building abilities
- Capable of quickly, regularly, and independently learning new technologies under the pressure of consistent high-profile project deliverables
