Introduction:
Responsible for ensuring business operational requests completed by Barclays Bank Delaware are in adherence to State and Federal regulatory compliance with Bank Policy and regulatory requirements. The QA Analyst will also be responsible for providing feedback to KYC Management in regard to trends and training opportunities in order to continue improving the process and enable management to provide guidance to the Business Area. In addition to the quality assurance accountabilities, the QA Analyst may also be tasked with other related US Consumer Bank quality assurance reviews on an as needed basis

What will you be doing?
- The role will be hands On “In Person Presence in US Timings of Approx. 6 PM to 4 AM IST
- This is a completely work in office ( Pune Office ) “Leadership of the team & Real Time availability of the analyst for US Stake-holder interactions in US Timings”. This is not a Remote Work from Home Assignment as it requires in Person Provision Office for the US Operations.
- The operations will have weekends working.
- Review requests completed by colleagues within assigned business area to ensure they consistently meet Bank Policy requirements and regulator expectations.
- Complete error correction verification and ensure timely completion
- Provide regular feedback relating to quality assurance reviews to KYC Management in order for Management to continue providing guidance to the Team on how to improve in case review.
- Maintain the Quality Monitoring Tool including updates and user support for the network.
- As needed, conduct trend analysis on fulfilment requests completed by KYC Analysts, to include deficiencies in reporting, training opportunities, but also in regard to case type, and/or trends identified.
- Assist with departmental tracking and reporting.
- Support any special projects or critical casework.
- Actively ensures compliance with the Barclays Bank Delaware Code of Ethics, Privacy policies, Fair Lending and other related regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Actively participates in any required corporate and business line training in these areas.
- Actively partner with other QA teams within US Consumer Bank Operations to develop QA Centre of Excellence and develop cross-functional training and support.

- Previous experience with KYC/Fraud
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail, understands importance of accuracy and responsiveness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- Proven Credit Card operations experience
