Introduction:
This position is responsible for all new hire training and provides specific, measurable results to support changes in products, processes, and procedures that support business initiatives and results in support of our operational lines of business.

What will you be doing?
- This role will be hands On “In Person Presence in US Timings of Approx. 6 PM to 4 AM IST
- This is a largely work in office ( Pune Office ) “Leadership of the team & Real Time availability of the BA4 for US Stake-holder interactions in US Timings”. This is not a Remote Work from Home Assignment as it requires in Person Provision of Leadership in the Pune Office for the US Operations.
- The operations will have weekends working
- Accountable for individual new hire inductions including:

- Requesting system access
- Scheduling classroom events (guest speakers, citizenship, business partners, etc.)
- Tracking delegates through New Hire program
- Managing performance and behaviors of delegates during the training
- Assessing competence using the appropriate method of assessment
- Monitoring and supporting delegate performance over the appropriate glide path post training

o Deliver training at a high level of participant satisfaction
- Ensure that learning has occurred and measure the transfer of learning
- Manage, monitor and report on quality of training program and performance of trainees as they progress through program
- Demonstrate proficiency in system/processes in functional area of curriculum delivered and supported (understands implications of changes in procedures to the system and to other current practices.)
- Track and measure their individual Learning Advisor scorecard metrics
- Deliver facilitator-led training and blended learning for both newly hired and existing learners in exempt and non-exempt positions in support of our operational lines of business
- Deliver training at a high level of participant satisfaction
- Ensure that learning has occurred and measure the transfer of learning
- Manage, monitor and report on quality of training program and performance of trainees as they progress through program
- Demonstrate proficiency in system/processes in functional area of curriculum delivered and supported (understands implications of changes in procedures to the system and to other current practices.)

- Peer to peer observations
- Own self-development and stay current with professional and industry best practices
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends.
- Actively partner with other QA teams within US Consumer Bank Operations to develop QA Center of Excellence and develop cross-functional training and support.
