
Housekeeping Recruiter

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Staff Management**: Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of housekeeping staff.
- **Cleaning & Maintenance**: Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- **Inventory & Supplies**: Managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- **Policy & Procedures**: Developing and implementing housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.
- **Quality Control**: Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- **Budget Management**: Managing the housekeeping department budget.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Addressing guest concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- **Collaboration**: Working with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations and standards.
- **Reporting & Communication**: Reporting on department performance and communicating effectively with staff and management.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Supervisory Experience**: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality or healthcare setting.
- **Organizational & Leadership Skills**: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
- **Knowledge of Housekeeping Practices**: In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols.
- **Budget Management**: Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to housekeeping operations.
- **Flexibility & Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
