Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness, order, and maintenance in all areas of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Create staff schedules and assign duties.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
- Ensure all cleaning standards are met consistently.
- Address any deficiencies promptly.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Order supplies as needed and maintain stock levels.
- Track usage and reduce waste.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle guest complaints regarding housekeeping services.
- Ensure a prompt and effective response to issues.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce hygiene and sanitation standards.
- **Training and Development**:

- Conduct training sessions for staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Encourage professional development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,079.79 - ₹19,000.00 per month
