Prospecting and qualifying potential customers within an assigned territory or industry segment.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Presenting product demonstrations and effectively articulating the value proposition to decision-makers.
- Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and goals.
- Utilizing CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B/B2C sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and ability to effectively manage the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Work Location - Koramangala 6th block.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
