**Overview**:
Batish Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Oversee the social media presence for international clients, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- **Video Creation & Editing**: Produce creative and high-quality videos, including entertainment, educational, reels, short videos, and B2B content, ensuring they meet the client's needs and expectations.
- **Script Writing**: Write compelling scripts for various types of videos, ensuring the messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with the client's goals.
- **Ads Management**: Run and optimize social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
- **Video Editing**: Edit raw video footage, add special effects, sound, and transitions to create polished and professional videos.
- **Individual Contributor**: Work independently with mínimal supervision, managing the entire content creation process from ideation to execution.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with international clients to understand their objectives and deliver content that meets their expectations while adhering to deadlines.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for international clients, with a focus on content creation and audience engagement.
- Strong experience in producing, editing, and optimizing creative videos across various formats (entertainment, educational, short-form, etc.).
- Excellent scriptwriting skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Solid understanding of running and optimizing paid social media ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh and innovative ideas for video content.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on time.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international clients.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
